مناقشات ثقافية حول السؤال: من هم "الجلابة"

ما يذهب اليه الكاتب السوداني خالد ازيرق في الباراغراف الثالث من مقاله "الجلابة" للإجابة علي السؤال "من هم الجلابة" صحيح. ولكن، بالنسبة للآخرين الذين أتوا بهذا المفهوم فهو، اي المفهوم نفسه ما يزال يعبِّر عن نظرة "سفلية"، سبق وان وصفها فلاسفة ومبدعي الامريكان السّود ب "نظرة الضفدعة"، وهي ان ينظر صاحب الشأن الي الآخرين كما تنظر الضفدعة من أسفل الي اعلا، وهو ما يؤكد ان العِّلة الأساسية فيهم وفي فهمهم للحركة الإجتماعية في مجتمعهم.

الفهوم نفسه يعدّ واحداً من المفاهيم السلبية، التي تعمل علي ضرب كامل النسيج الإجتماعي السوداني من الداخل. ذلك مفهوم جداً إذا نظرنا الي التركيبة الإجتماعية لسكان جنوب السودان المتعددي القبائل ذات الأصول الافريقية، والتي يأتي بعضها من دول افريقية مجاورة، او من أصول مختلطة بقبائل الدول الافريقية، جنوب السودان. وه.م في هذه النظرة الضفدعية، وهي "نظرة الدون" قد يذهبون الي تفاقم أزمات السودان و"انفلاشه"، اكثر مما يذهبون من خلال حواراتهم الثقافية، الي رأب الصدع الأساسي، الذي خلّفه الإستعمار الإنجليزي والإستعمار المصري، وعمقته الأحزاب الطائفية السودانية (Sudanese Sectarian Parties)، التي تولت السلطة بعد رحيل الإنجليزي والمصريين، بسياسة تغييب الذاكرة السودانية (انظر تغييب الذاكرة يؤدي الي تفريغ المظاهرات)، وعمّقه اكثر الأخوان المسلمين في السودان (Muslim Brothers, Sudan)، بسياسة تغييب الذهنية السودانية، وسياسة اخطبوط الاخوان المسلمين في السودان (Muslim Brothers' Octopus in Sudan)، بالإضافة الي أساليب حرق المراحل السياسية للأخوان المسلمين في السودان (انظر سياسة حرق المراحل السياسية لاستمرار الأخوان المسلمين في السلطة في السودان). وكلّ ذلك يعدّ من مسائل Are You Intellectual: الجهل السياسي للمسألة السودانية.

وبذلك نذهب الي القول بان المفهوم وهو "الجلابة" نفسه هو نتاج ممارسات الأحزاب السياسية السودانية (Sudanese Political Parties)، ولاسيما الانظمة الديكتاتورية السودانية (Sudanese Dictatorial Regimes)، ليس إلا. والذين يعملون علي تروية هذا المفهوم السلبي سوف يؤدي الي نتائج سيئة للغاية، تضرّ اكثر مما فعلته المجموعات السياسية في الانظمة التي تعاقبت علي السودان منذ الإستقلال وتجعل السودان ذا المليون ميل مربع يذهب الي الأبد، وبالتالي نفقد الوطن الذي كان.

نعم ان السودان الجديد (New Sudan) هو الذي نسعي اليه ويسعي اليه كلّ سوداني فيه ذرة دم سوداني أصيل. ولكن، ماذا يفعل هؤلاء الناس الذين اتوا بهذا المفهوم الاجتماعي السلبي؟ وكيف يمكن ان يسهمون بمفهوم سلبي في حلحلة قضايا سلبية اجتماعية وثقافية وعقائدية وسياسية واقتصادية خلّفتها حكومات السودان القديم؟

الحوار حول مسائل إجتماعية وسياسية لابد وان يراعي الموضوعية. والموضوعية لا تنبني علي مفاهيم هلامية، لا علاقة لها بتحديد الأزمة الأساسية في السودان من منطلق سوداني بحت، لا علاقة لدول الجوار الافريقي به.
