Understand Cultural Obscuration!

From here you will understand media concealment, I referred to as cultural obscuration, which in term refers to the act of creating absenteeism of minds.

The media has obscured the facts to satisfy those who caused all the industrial disasters (well, I call such causes disasters because they create disasters) that led to the following:

Creating and widening the OZONE Hole around the polars on the Earth, a process I describe as destructing the global ecological balance, which has caused;

Atmospheric poisoning by pollution,

Global Warming,

Melting of the snow,

Hurricanes and Tsunamis,

Poisoning of the earth,

Poisoning of fresh running water,

and poisoning of food.

The poisoning of these areas, which I mean, occurred as a result of hazardous waste by dumping of toxic waste in earth and what industries, especially the military ones, produce in terms of massive emission of carbon dioxide and the remnants of biological, chemical and nuclear weapons.

The media has covered these incidents and mentioned even the human causes that refers to the activities of normal humans, but it hasn't mentioned the policies that legalize dangerous industries and cause conflicts and wars around the world. That visual obscuration creates blurred vision and superficial knowledge about the real causes of the disease and among them in addition to what I have mentioned is the free market policies, which have opened the door for the carriers of the disease to enter many societies, without having any health emergency security precautions.

Interestingly, the news has spread about this disease in China in 2019 and the world knew that China has  history of this disease since 2002. In 2019 many Chinese have come to many lands in the world after the international policies of opening markets and freeing markets.

The interests of the Capital Power in the world have blinded them to see the dangerous situations of their capitalist policies. Even communist China was drawn into, and even drifted, towards this economic policy.

When the authorities in many states discovered the disease in their lands there were no sufficient measures to treat the effects of the disease well. The health procedures of those countries were weak.

For example, quarantining period of the disease carriers in the quarantines for a period of two weeks, and no measures were taken to inform the carriers of the disease or confine them all to quarantine and prevent others from entering, that is, specifying the entry procedures for any country.

الإصلاح الثقافي أساسي Cultural Reform لتبديد الضبابية الثقافية، أو التغييب الثقافي Clutural Obscuration 

هذا القسم من الضبابية الثقافية هو ترجمة عربية للإصلاح الثقافي.

الإصلاح الثقافي ليس ضرورياً فحسب، بل أساسي لتغيير الطريقة التي ننظر بها إلى الأشياء وتغيير الطريقة التي نتعامل بها مع هذه الأشياء وفقاً لفهمنا، والذي قد يكون غير دقيق أو صائب.

طالما ان هذه العملية الذهنية هي ثقافية في المقام الأول، فإن الإصلاح الثقافي Cultural Reform يقوم علي أسس تبدأ كديناميكيات ثقافية Cultural Dynamics من قراءة الأشياء بمهل وبطريقة صحيحة، أو النظر العميق في الأشياء لمعرفة ما بها من خصائص. اننا لا نعتمد في هذه العملية الذهنية علي المعرفة الطبيعية العادية للأشياء، أو بمعني آخر السطحية، التي قد تكون في العادة مكتسبة من العادة، أو العُرف، أو التقاليد، أو القراءة السطحية لها.

هذا مطلوب خصوصاً عندما تكون هذه الأشياء التي أتحدّث عنها أشياءاً سياسية. فالمعرفة الصحيحة لأيٍّ من الأمور السياسية تتطلّب علي نحو خاص ديناميكات قراءة صحيحة عميقة لإستكناه ما تتضمّنه تلك الإمور السياسية من خصائص.

الخصائص في الأمور السياسية تتكوّن عادة من المكوِّنات الأساسية للإعلام الصحفي والتي تتضمّن الإجابة علي الأسئلة الأساسية الستة الخاصة بأي حدث، نسميه الحدث الإعلامي، أو الحدث الصحفي وهي "ما؟، أين؟، متي؟، من؟، لماذا؟، كيف؟" والتي هي ما أسميه مفاتيح الخبر الصحفي، التي تفتح باب الحدث. هي في ذات الوقت التيار الرئيسي للصحافة.

هذه الأسئلة ضرورية للغاية أيضاً عند النظر في أي حدث في العالم تسبب في أزمات، مثل فيروس كورونا Corona virus diseas (COVID-19) الموجود في العالم حاليا والذي أودى بالفعل بحياة الملايين.  

الصحافة تناولت هذا الحدث الخطير وفقاً لمبادئها التكنيكية التي تتضمنها فكّ طلاسم الأسئلة الخمسة، والتي تؤدي الي توضيح الحدث. أقول مبادئ تقنية لإنها تحرِّك العملية الإعلامية الصحفية بأكملها. ولكن من خلال تناولها الصحفي، ربما تكون الصحافة قد تناولت الأسئلة الثلاثة الأولي وأهملت الأسئلة الثلاثة الأخيرة. وأعتقد انها في تغطيتها الصحفية تناولت الإجابة علي السؤال الرابع وهو "من" بتوضيح عدد المصابين بالوباء وأهملت الإجابة علي "من" تسبب في الوباء، كما أهملت الإجابة علي ما الذي سبب الوباء. في هذا الصدد أن المسببات الأساسية ليست ذات خصائص طبية، بل خصائص طقس، وطيبعة وبيئة وصناعة وسياسة. الخصائص الأخيرة وهي السياسية هي التي أسهمت في إنتاج كل تلك الخصائص.

هذا يعني ان الصحافة التي تناولت هذا الحدث الخطير وفقاً لمبادئها التكنيكية التي تتضمنها الأسئلة الستة، والتي تؤدي الي توضيح الحدث وأهملت الإجابة علي "من" تسبب في الوباء، كما أهملت الإجابة علي ما الذي سبب الوباء، أقول ان هذا يعني أنها لم تغطي الحدث تغطية صحفية كاملة. هذا يعني أيضاً ان الصحافة قد غيّبت الحقائق عن العالم، ولم تعمل وفق مبادئها الأخلاقية التي تتمثّل في الشفافية والمصداقية. هذا يعني ثالثاً ان مواطن العالم يظل فارغ الذهن ولا يعرف الأسباب الحقيقة للوباء ولا يعرف من تسبب في إحداثه. لذلك فان المواطن العالمي يهتم فقط بإجراءات الطوارئ والسلامة التي إهتمت الصحافة بتغطيتها مؤخراً ولا يتعمّق في المسائل التي إنتجت الوباء. وبهدا يظل مواطن العالم جاهلاً بتلك المسائل التي أنتجتها السياسة. 

لهذا السبب تكون ثقافة مواطن العالم حول هذا الوباء ناقصة. وفي ذات الوقت يظل المواطن مشوش الذهن، وتظل ثقافته سطحية. هذا الوضع الثقافي يتطلّب إصلاحاً ثقافياً. الإصلاح الثقافي يبدأ يدروس تعليمية مثل التي تقرأها هنا في هذه المدرسة التعليمية التي أُسميها مدرسة الديناميكيات العالمية International Dynamics، والتي تهدف الي إصلاح ثقافة العامة من الناس، بل وحتي إصلاح ثقافة المتعلمين الأكاديميين، الذين لا يفكرون خارج القوالب التعليمية التقليدية التي تحنّط التفكير الديناميكي. لقد وجدت من خلال التجربة الطويلة والممارسات العديد من الأكاديميين الذين يحملون شهادات دكتواره حتي، يجهلون الكثير من الأمور الثقافية خارج تخصصاتهم.

The Global Dynamics are Intents to Stop Cultural Obscuration!

The aesthetic definition of culture is progressive and the global practices of different policies in the world that divers between conservatives, leftists, liberals and radicals make our world despair since the end of the Cold War Era. Every pulse of the Global Dynamics comes to revive political culture and turn it into where it belongs and that is the progressive culture that repair the political culture. It eliminates the Cultural Obscuration of the media and of the politics.

In addition the dynamics have started regionally earlier with the revolution in the area and with environmental activities after that to experiment with "culturing" the masses environmentally, politically and revolutionary and seek the best methods of geting the masses together to achieve some projects I planned out of some dynamic ideas.
