HOA Reports through its issued political and educational statements and political lessons that the serious issues that have plagued our world have been developing since the end of the Cold War to produce many crises that caused political, economic and psychological instability.
These serious issues in their entirety did not happen in a vacuum. Rather, they have their causes, and there are persons who are responsible for these crises.

Political parties are in fact classical political parties and therefore forms of government are also classical, as they are run by classical political systems.
These regimes vary between democratic regimes, totalitarian regimes, and monarchy regimes. Monarchies have a semi-totalitarian character, and democracies prove by their practices and methods that they are classic democracies.
The classic democracy that we have in the world proves by its practices that it is democratic clichés controlled by the powers of capital that establish parties and work to bring them to political power in order to secure their capitalist interests.
The interests of the capitalist powers have been growing and growing since their first operations, which they started to break the political powers that oppose them, namely the communist or socialist political powers.
Communist political powers were leading the USSR and the countries of the Eastern Bloc in Eastern Europe. الأشخاص المسؤولون عن إحداث هذه القضايا الخطيرة هم المسؤولون في الإدارات الحكومية العليا والجهات الرسمية الأخري التابعة لها. هذا يشير الي الجهات العليا التي تدير أي دولة. وهذا يشير بدوره الي الأجهزة السياسية التي يقودها هؤلاء المسؤولون وهي الأحزاب السياسية التي تتولي السلطة السياسية وتخطط سياسات الدولة. الأحزاب السياسية هي في الواقع أحزاب سياسية Political Parties كلاسيكية وبالتالي فان أشكال الحكم هي كلاسيكية بدورها، حيث تديرها أنظمة سياسية كلاسيكية Classic Political Systems. هذه الأنظمة تتنوّع بين أنظمة ديمقراطية وأنظمة شمولية وأنظمة ملكية. الأنظمة الملكية لها طابع شبه شمولي والأنظمة الديمقراطية تثبت بممارساتها وأساليبها انها أنظمة ديمقراطية كلاسيكية. الديمقراطية الكلاسيكية التي لدينا في العالم تثبت بممارساتها أنها كليشهات ديموقراطية تسيطر عليها قوي راس المال Capital Power التي تؤسس الأحزاب وتعمل علي وصولها الي السلطة السياسية لتؤمن لها مصالحها الراسمالية.
مصالح القوي الراسمالية Capital Power ظلت تكبر وتنمو منذ عملياتها الأولي التي بدأتها لتكسير القوي السياسية المناوئة لها وهي القوي السياسية الشيوعية، أو الإشتراكية. كانت القوي السياسية الشيوعية تقود إتحاد الجمهوريات السوفياتية الإشتراكية (USSR) ودول المعسكر الشرقي في أوروبا الشرقية. وقد اسفرت عملياتها عن تكسير تلك الدول وتقسيمها الي دويلات صغيرة تسهل السيطرة عليها اقتصادياً وتسيير أمورها، أو توجيهها لخدمة مصالح قوي راس المال الدولية. وبالتالي فقد إدت عملياتها الي إنهاء فترة الحرب الباردة وتكسير التوازن السياسي العالمي، لتنفرد قوي راس المال بتوجيه دول العالم الأخري وفق مصالحها الراسمالية.
بعد ضرب التوازن السياسي العالمي أدت مصالح القوي الراسمالية التي تقود الأنظمة الكلاسيكية Classic systems من خلال سياساتها الراسمالية الي إحداث تغيُّرات المناخ من خلال الإسهام في الإحتباس الحراري Global Warming الذي أدي بدوره الي ذوبان الجليد وظهور الأوبئة الخطيرة مثل مرض كورونا فيروس. ذلك يعني ان مصالح القوي الراسمالية من خلال سياساتها غير الرشيدة التي تركِّز فقط علي نمو راس المال أدت أيضاً الي ضرب توازن النظام البيئي الذي ظل يحمي العالم لفترة طويلة من مشاكل خطيرة مثل تغيُّر المناخ Climate Change. وبالتالي فقد أنتجت تلك السياسات الراسمالية أزمات خطيرة أخري مثل الأزمات الصحية. ومن المدهش ان سياسات راس المال التي أدعت انه من خلال نمو راس المال سوف تنتهي مشاكل العالم، لم تؤدي الي إنهاء تلك المشاكل بل فاقمتها. حتي الشعارات التي رفعتها قوي راس المال حول الإنتعاش الإقتصادي لم تؤدي الي ذلك الإنتعاش بل أدت الي الإنهيار الاقتصادي الذي يعيشه العالم اليوم.
لكل هذه النواتج السلبية التي أدت لتدهور العالم فان تقارير هوا HOA Reports توضِّح ان أي بيان صادر عن المسؤولين عن أي من التدهور المذكور أقل بكثير من الأسباب الفعلية.
