✊ Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game!

Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game despite all of the efforts of the Sudanese rebels in the military council and their Janjaweed to make it so, seeking legitimacy through wars against each other. It is farce that many believe in it, while the truth is that those waring elements are the bones and meats of al-Bashir's regime. They are the devil itself.

Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game: After separating the South Sudan to conquer the revolting people in the North Sudan, Omer al-Bashir & his recent military council & their Janjaweed after him wage wars, fracture Sudan more and make the land a piece of chess for regional and international political games. Those rebels are the devil itself.Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game: After separating the South Sudan to conquer the revolting people in the North Sudan, Omer al-Bashir & his recent military council & their Janjaweed after him wage wars, fracture Sudan more and make the land a piece of chess for regional and international political games. Those rebels are the devil itself.

In the global narrative, Sudan is often cast as a geopolitical chess piece, wedged between rival regional powers and international actors. Yet such framing neglects the agency of its people and obscures the deeper complexities behind its current crisis.

The war that erupted in April 2023, though outwardly a battle between the so-called Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), which in fact are the remnants of Omer al-Bashir's regime and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which are the Janjaweed, is in truth a collision of militarized factions neither of which represents the genuine interests of the Sudanese nation.

The SAF, which I was the first to describe by "remnant of Omar al-Bashir’s authoritarian regime", operates not as a sovereign force but as a military council seeking legitimacy through conflict. Meanwhile, the RSF, rebranded from the Janjaweed militias, has pursued international alliances most notably with Gulf states to elevate its status.

These maneuvers are less about defending Sudanese sovereignty and more about consolidating personal power. Indeed, foreign endorsements have fueled ambitions: when Hemedti's forces were deployed to Yemen, Saudi Arabia's support ignited a rivalry that would later engulf the country in war.

While global powers jockey for influence and local militias vie for dominance, Sudanese civil society continues to resist being sidelined. Activists, journalists, and community leaders reject the simplistic portrayal of Sudan as a passive arena for external conflict.

Yet, even their calls for decentralized governance must contend with a fractured state, where neither faction holds the moral or constitutional authority to enact reform.

Sudan's current reality demands more than diplomatic soundbites, it calls for a grounded understanding of power, legitimacy, and survival in a landscape shaped by rebellion, not republic.

To claim that Sudan is not a pawn is to assert that its future must be written by its people not dictated by generals of the Muslim Brothers' military or brokered by foreign capitals.

Once More Lyrically: ✊ Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game!

For what feels like time eternal, maybe even before the Earth itself took shape, Sudan has waited for its people to love her fully. Not merely as a piece of geography marked on maps, but as a living spirit: rich in nature, abundant in resources, soaked in peace, and stitched together by the life-giving currents of the Nile.

Yet again and again, Sudan has been reduced, not by droughts or distance, but by decisions. While strategists and diplomats sit in distant capitals, viewing her future through the lens of drone diplomacy and proxy alignments, the true wound of Sudan is overlooked. What unfolded here is no mere shift in strategic posture. It is betrayal.

As a veteran activist and journalist, I bore witness to a revolutionary moment birthed from ethical desire... a system designed not for power hoarding, but for healing. My vision sought to uproot dictatorship and nurture governance built by the hands of the people. It was a framework of possibility, designed to allow Sudan to speak for itself.

But my system was dismissed.

Those in the Coordination of the Sudanese Opposition Abroad ignored its blueprint when other nationals and I constructed it and of course similarly those who claimed to represent Freedom and Change didn't give a damn to my advices, critique and warning when the news about the negotiation attempt between them and the military council with its Janjaweed was leaked. It is from the coordination's backdoor where the Freedom and Change has jumped in to take its part in fracturing the one million square mile land.

They signed power-sharing deals with the exact remnants of Omar al-Bashir’s regime, the architects of genocide, repression, and authoritarian decay (linked page in Arabic). In doing so, they legitimized forces that had spent decades dismantling unity and silencing truth. Warnings that these compromises would breed chaos were disregarded. And now chaos reigns.

Janjaweed militias clash with the same military generals who once enabled them. Rebel factions splinter, locked in mistrust and fragmentation. Sudan bleeds... again.

And yet, the outside world frames these developments as a triumph of "geopolitical realignment." Regional powers speak of Resistance Axes and diplomatic shifts, but what they do not mention is the price. The cost isn't measured in influence, it's measured in lives. Their narrative erases the Sudanese struggle. It reduces a grassroots movement for dignity into a mere pawn in their international chessboard.

But Sudan is not a pawn.

Sudan is a land of martyrs. Of voices unacknowledged, of courage that does not make headlines. It is a nation with revolutionary systems that were dismissed before they were given a chance to bloom. Every agreement signed without conscience, every coalition formed in haste, every silence by external observers... these are not neutral. They are wounds.

This is a call to refocus the lens.

Turn away from proxy battles. Let go of ideological abstractions. What matters is the human cost, the grassroots truth. If we do not center Sudanese voices, those who buried their children, who built hope from ruins, who dreamed of self-determination we risk watching this country splinter further.

And when history writes its verdict, it will not speak only of foreign meddling. It will speak of internal betrayal.

To understand where Sudan stands today, we must revisit what unfolded in the last 30 to 40 years.

🔥 Erasing the Fire: How Geopolitical Amnesia Shields Sudan's Military-Islamist Elite?

Sudan's descent into chaos is not merely the result of internal strife, it's the product of a long-standing international failure to confront the architects of terror who once ruled the country. For the failure of international justice, read How Sudan Was Hollowed from the Inside?: A Scheme of Erasure amongst the sections of the Global Dynamics... of course when you complete reading this page.

Omar al-Bashir's regime, backed by a military-Islamist elite and he himself included, systematically exported extremism, committed genocide in Darfur, and embedded paramilitary forces like the Janjaweed into the state apparatus. Yet today, many of these actors walk free, rebranded as transitional leaders or strategic partners. The world's silence is not accidental, it's a calculated erasure.

🧠 Why This Erasure Is Intentional?

What we're witnessing is more than historical oversight. It's a deliberate reframing of Sudan's violent past, driven by:

Rehabilitation of political actors: Figures once tied to terrorism and genocide like Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti) are now presented as stabilizers or reformers.
Their pasts are scrubbed clean to fit new narratives.

Geopolitical pivoting: Sudan's removal from the U.S. list of state sponsors of terrorism in 2020 opened doors to foreign investment and diplomatic normalization, including with Israel. Former pariahs became partners.

Distraction from exported terror: Sudan's military-Islamist elite once supported extremist movements across Africa from Uganda's ADF to Eritrean and Egypt's Islamic Jihad. Today, that legacy is buried beneath layers of diplomatic doublespeak.
As one observer put it:

"They built the fire, then denied it was ever lit. Now they claim the world was just imagining the smoke."

🕵️‍♂️ The Military-Islamist Nexus: A Legacy of Extremism

Sudan's Islamist movement, rooted in the Muslim Brotherhood, infiltrated the military as early as the 1970s.

The 1989 coup led by al-Bashir was orchestrated by the National Islamic Front (NIF), which fused religious ideology with military power.

Under Bashir, Sudan became a hub for transnational jihadists, including hosting Osama bin Laden in the 1990s.

The regime supported extremist factions in Eritrea, Egypt, Uganda and the DRC, using terror as a tool of regional influence.

🪖 Rebranding the Janjaweed: From Genocide to Governance

The Janjaweed, responsible for mass atrocities in Darfur, were restructured into the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

Hemedti, a former Janjaweed commander, now leads the RSF and serves as a key figure in Sudan's transitional government.

Despite his role in ethnic cleansing, Hemedti has been courted by international actors as a stabilizing force.

🌍 Strategic Partnerships and Selective Memory

Sudan's normalization with Israel and warming ties with Gulf states reflect a broader geopolitical realignment.

The U.S. and EU have shifted focus from accountability to strategic engagement, prioritizing counterterrorism cooperation over justice.

This pivot has allowed former terror sponsors to reinvent themselves as allies in the fight against extremism, even as they continue to fuel internal conflict.

🧨 Consequences of Erasure

Impunity breeds instability: The failure to hold Sudan's military-Islamist elite accountable has emboldened new waves of violence.

Civilian movements are crushed: Democratic forces are sidelined by militarized factions with deep ties to past atrocities.

Extremism resurfaces: Islamist militias and ideologues are reemerging amid the current civil war, threatening regional security.

Reclaiming the Narrative

  • To counter this erasure, the international community must:
  • Reinstate accountability mechanisms for war crimes and terror sponsorship.
  • Support Sudanese civil society in documenting and preserving historical truth.
  • Reject false equivalencies between perpetrators and reformers.
  • Demand transparency in foreign partnerships that expressly exclude individuals with a history of terrorism.

Sudan's fractured present is inseparable from its erased past. The fire of extremism was lit by a regime that weaponized religion, terror, and paramilitary violence. Today, its embers smolder beneath the surface of diplomatic handshakes and strategic alliances.

Until the world confronts the truth, not just of what happened, but of who made it happen, Sudan will remain trapped in a cycle of denial and destruction.

The Quiet Mirror: How South Sudan Watches the North Bleed?

"There are wars that roar. And then there are wars that whisper, carried not on bullets but on memory."

1. Silence, Not Absence

While flames lick through Khartoum’s skyline and revolution breathes through broken streets, South Sudan remains strikingly silent. Not in ignorance, but in endurance. The South has bled, fractured, and reassembled before. Watching the North unravel isn't new, it's déjà vu.

In the quiet corridors of Juba, the echoes of past betrayal sound louder than gunfire. This isn't detachment. It's distance learned through pain.

2. Memory as Muscle

South Sudan's independence was no gift, it was torn from the North after decades of war, displacement, and repression. That legacy hasn't faded. It's calcified into political reflexes, public skepticism, and diplomatic restraint.

Behind closed doors, ministers recall Darfur. Civilians recall Abyei. Students recall the weight of a flag they no longer salute. The South watches because it remembers.

3. Caution in the Time of Collapse

Where Sudan falters under militarized factions and collapsing civil hopes, South Sudan treads lightly, even awkwardly, through its own trials. A shaky peace, fragile governance, and ethnic tensions persist. But there's an unspoken resolve: not to reabsorb the chaos of the North.

Juba doesn't rush to comment. It calculates. Intervention risks revival of a shared trauma. Even sympathy must be measured.

4. The Mirror Reversed

For decades, the South reflected Northern aggression, a region sculpted by silence and submission. Today, the roles invert. As Khartoum fragments, South Sudan becomes an unwilling observer of a drama it once starred in.

The mirror is cracked. It shows histories bleeding backward.

5. Watching as Warning

South Sudan watches because it must. Not as ally or adversary, but as sibling scarred and wary. The spectacle of Northern collapse offers no joy, only reminder: of what power can do when unchecked, and how peace must be protected when fragile.

This is not a eulogy. It’s a study in reflection.

"We do not speak loudly," says one Southern elder. "Because once, silence was all we had. Now it's how we measure peace."

He was wrong. They haven't been silent in the past, or how could he explain the movement that has started in the south in 1955 to 1972 Anyanya Rebellion / Anyanya I! The second important thing is that, such understanding isn't progressive, while the north is still fractured more. Such thinking isn'r revolutionary. The revolutionary thinking is with me. If you want to learn it to be real Sudanese, connect with me.

The Action Guide Establishes A New Sudan & A New Really Free World!

It is the soul of the movement toward a new Sudan and a new really free, prosperous and shared world.

It is the blood of the Global Dynamics.

The starting actions to Build Yourself a System of Power that Can Save the World From Political Catastrophes are here at the Action Guide with the following steps to join the Horn Africa's Network to be acquainted with it, the basic foundation of the Principles of Citizen Journalism that Can Save the World From Political Catastrophes and they let you know in additional to all of that more basic information about the press media principles that encouraged me to create the LPE of the Masses' Era with its mind-blowing solutions to global political catastrophes. Not withstanding this, the generator of the Action Guide are the Global Dynamics. The Global Dynamics are actually generated with the first I started to examine how these dynamics which I have invented can change the world. The proofs of optimal success lie in the success of the experimental project:

To become a good activist and maybe a leader of one of the associations of the world masses, as you learned from the slogans of the political campaigns on "Citizen Journalism that Can Save the World From Political Catastrophes", fill out the 'Contact Us' form. Be sure to let me know that you've read "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Game", as well as the Global Dynamics. Show me that you understood what you read about the crises of the world along with the highlighted solutions through "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game" and would like to create, or join one of the global masses associations. Let me know more about that you have learned well and so you decided to join and create the ERA OF THE MASSES.

Sign up for "Intelligentsia Multimedia Newspaper Revolutionizes Knowledge" by filling the form on this section of the "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game" and submit it. This is a double-opt-in list to prevent someone who knows your email address from subscribing you, without having you to know about it. Check an email with a confirmation link, I'll send to you. If you didn't find it in your incoming emails box, please check your junk folder and move it to your inbox folder.

Motivate them to read it and join the pioneering solutions to global crises, and take the same actions outlined in the "Action Guide".

You make your move, they make their moves with you. The point is that it is so important to work with them, so that more friends and "friends of their friends" join the discussion about global crises, political shallowness, the lack of political depth and know the guidelines of the World Social Revolution, which is a reflection of credibility of "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game". You should at least make a few hundred friends as contacts to explain to them everything you have learned and understood from "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game".

Setup a time to work in this project and arrange your contacts systematically into lists with basic information about each one of your contacts, such as name, age, gender, profession, email address and location. In this way, you will guide, organize and teach them as you have been taught into groups to carry out the process to build everyone a system of power, inspired by "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game". I will let you know the specifications of these groups. Upon completion, please use the contact form to forward this information to me. You should have their consent, first. Then use the same "Contact Us" form to tell me you've done the first process and wait for further instructions.

Write your comments on "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game" - The comments form is at the end of the page - and provide details on them. Don't feel that you can't write good, even if your language isn't good. Just write your comments in any language and I will edit and translate them for you to become a global writer and you will see a better result in the process of participating in the Global Peaceful Revolution. Such revolution doesn't need a weapon, it needs minds. Share your page when it is published.

Share the links on "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game" and share the pictures of the global political campaigns on good websites. These images are on the first pages of the Global Dynamics I published earlier. Please don't do this on the social media of Facebook because it is a capitalist umbrella and more and if you want to know what's more, I will tell you, only when you ask and I will even show you methods to conquer any big social media, except Twitter.

Distribute the links of the videos you watch on "Sudan Is Not a Pawn in Any Regional or International Political Game" and hang the posters of the Global Revolution in public places.
