نعم إستخدم الشاي المبلول كسفّة بدلاً عن السعوط، أو كما يُسمي ايضاً التمباك، او التنباك باللهجة المحلية السودانية، وبذلك فسوف تقلع عن الإدمان، وتنقذ نفسك من أمراض التمباك، ومن الإدمان عليه أولاً، وسوف توفر الفلوس ثانياً.

أهم من هذا ان نفس الكيف الذي يفعله السعوط او التمباك يفعله الشاي المبلول، أي المنقْع ولا سيما عندما يكون دافئاً قليلاً، رغم ان ذلك غير ضرورياً البتْة.

وأهم من كلْ ذلك هو الآتي:

يحتوي الشاي، وليس فقط أوراق الشاي الخضراء علي مركبات الفينولات التي تذيب الدهون الثلاثيّة بحرقها وهذه فائدة صحية أخري، رغم ان مادة الكافيين الموجودة في الشاي هو أقل بكثير من نسبته في القهوة او البُن وأصنافه عموماً، وربما تكون هذه حسنة أخري للشاي. كما يحتوي الشاي خاصة الأحمر علي مواد مضادة للأكسدة تفيد جسم المتناول وتقيه من مشاكل صحية عديدة. ويحتوي الشاي أيضاً علي مواد محفِّزة للقدرات العقلية وعلي الشفاء من تقرحات المعدة.

ولكن للشاي أيضاً بعض الأضرار كما يرد في بعض المصادر الصحية، إذ انه من الممكن ان يسبب إحتوائه علي المواد المضادة للأكسدة بعض المشاكل الصحية إذا تمّ تناوله مع بعض الأدوية الطبية. يُضاف الي هذا ان حمض التانين وهو من المواد العفصية يمنع المعدة من إمتصاص مادة الحديد في بعض الأطعمة.

المهم:

كثير من المواد المفيدة لها أيضاً أضرار جانبية. وهنا يحتكم الإنسان المتناول الي العقل عندما يتابع المصادر الصحية المؤهلة والموثوقة (qualified and authoritative)

كيف تهيئ الشاى للسفّة؟

إذا كنت تتناول الشاي الذي تعدّه بنفسك، لا تلقي بالشاي بعد إستخدامه، بل ضعه في إناء مسطّح وغطه. بعد ذلك جهْز سفتك بأخذ ما يكفي السفّة منه ووضعها علي قطعة صغيرة من جزء شفاف قليلاً من مناديل الورق العادي، أي غير المعطّر. إذا كان منديل الورق يحتوي علي عدّة قطع شفافة، قم بفصلها لإستخدام كل واحدة منها علي حده لكل سفّة.

أنا إستخدمت هذه الطريقة التي ساعدتني علي الكفّ عن تناول التمباك وفي نفس الوقت فهي تساعد علي الإقلاع عن تناول الشاي كتمباك. لقد وجدت ان الكيف الذي يمنحه التمباك هو نفس الكيف الذي يمنحه الشاي، ولقد أثبتت لي كلّ هذه التجربة ان الكيف ليس في التمباك وليس في الشاي وليس في السجائر حتي، بل ان الكيف هو في العادة والتعوّد.

إمتلك العقل تمتلك نفسك، فالجسم السليم في العقل السليم وليس العكس، كما يقول المثل الغبي.
