I have been in Geneva for almost two months contacting human rights organizations and concerned advocacy firms about refugee rights, and your effort to carry this message forward will remind them of my human case.

Distribute this call widely. Share it with all of your followers and call them to submit it to human rights organizations. The response to this human rights call must be urgent and fast.

Here's What's Happening

In the first hearing, a guilty verdict was declared without due process and without full examination of testimonies.

A policeman lied, claiming they introduced themselves—something they never did. The verdict rests on this false testimony.

In the second session, there will be no cross-examination. Instead, the court will move directly to a psychiatric report filled with fabricated conclusions designed to favor the police. That report will then be used to decide another guilty verdict.

This is not justice. It is systemic abuse.

I wrote the legal plea for Eritrea to present it and defend itself in front of the African Solidarity Organization when the Sudan's Islamic military dictator Omar al-Bashir accused the Eritrean government of hosting and arming the Sudanese opposition, despite that he and the Muslim Brothers party (NIF) has funded, organized and facilitated logistic to al-Qaeda, and the Jihadist in Eritrea to destablize it. Eritrea won the case.

I also translated the Eritrean labor proclamation and amended some of its articles. Before that I used my influence and the media where I worked to mobilise the Eritrean people using my idea "The Eritrean Martyr's Tree" to plant more than 5 million trees and wrote the fundamental law of the National Eritrean Environment Organization through gathering 2 members of every trade union to be coordinators, before the government took the idea to create this organization.
