هذا البيان جزء من مصادر ووثائق تحليلية للثورة الإرترية من قلم لصيق جدا بالثورة، و ليس متأثرا بها لذلك الحد الذي يجنح للخيال لأنه قطعا يحتكم الي الواقع التحليلي كما هو دون تزييف. و هو واقع لم يفهمه الخارجون علي تلك الثورة لإنهم لم يتزودوا بيقينها اللازب. عذرا لهم
كانت لبيانات الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير إرتريا دلالاتها علي سير الأحداث أيام حرب التحرير الإرترية، و هي دلالات عميقة كانت تؤثر و تستأثر بالإهتمام المحلي و الإقليمي و العالمي، و تستخلص أدبياتها من خلال الرصد الدقيق و الأمين للأحداث، بتحليلاتها السياسية المحكمة لغويا و منطقيا. فمنطق البيان و لغته يختلفان عن منطق و لغة الأدبيات الأخري في توجههما نحو الشعب. و هما لا ينبعان بعيدا عن(وجدانه) السياسي و العسكري
و كان غني منطق و لغة تلك البيانات لا حدود له، فهي قد اقتربت كثيرا من وجدان الجماهير و أشعلت ترقبها و حماسها و مشاركتها، لذلك فقد كان تأثرها المباشر عميقا
ملاحظة دقيقة لتلك البيانات تقول انها تتناول، ليس العمليات الميدانية فحسب، بل تنقسم الي بيانات سياسية و ثقافية و إقتصادية و إجتماعية و بيئية بالإضافة الي البيانات العسكرية
و كان لتلك البيانات مصادرها، بالإضافة الي الأحداث، فهناك المصدر البشري و الذي كان يتابع في داخل المدن الرصد الدقيق لمجريات الأمور، و ذلك من خلال شبكة مصادر داخلية تعد و تنسق تسريب المعلومة الخاصة
و من خلال تلك البيانات تحددت أدبيات الميدان و هي: 1- دقة المتابعة، و هذه تعني بكيفية سير العمليات، شرح الظروف و الملابسات، دقة الإحصاء للمكاسب و الخسائر. 2- المصداقية التي تؤمن الثقة. 3- الشفافية في التكهن و قراءة المستقبل وفق سير الاحداث: معارك الميدان، العمليات الفدائية داخل المدن، مستوي التوجيه السياسي في الداخل، الإستجابة التي تخلقها المصداقية و الشفافية محليا و إقليميا و عالميا و بالتالي الإنجذاب نحو تأييد الثورة او مساعدتها علي اساس انها قضية عادلة. 4- رصد التاريخ بكثير من الأمانة و الموضوعية خاصة في التحليل السياسي له
و من خلال البيانات، و بهذا المحتوي التفصيلي توجهت الثورة بأربع رسائل: 1- رسالة محلية للشعب في الداخل تجتذب إهتمامه و مشاركته من خلال: الوعي، اليقين بالعدالة و النصر، التعبئة، المشاركة في مد الثورة بالمعلومات، المشاركة الفدائية داخل المدن، الإنضمام الي الثورة، و نشر الوعي الداخلي بين الشعب. 2- رسالة محلية للمقاتل نفسه: إذ انه من خلال قراءة البيان او الاستماع اليه يلم بالتفاصيل الكاملة، يستعيد ثقته في قدراته و هو في مواقع مختلفة عندما تحدث خسائر مؤقتة في صفوفه او انسحابات، يمده البيان و يعزز حماسه و مشاركته في المواقع اللاحقة، و ينير وعيه العسكري من خلال التوصيف الدقيق للعمليات. 3- رسالة إقليمية. 4- رسالة عالمية. و تتوجه الرسالتان نحو إستقطاب التعاطف و الدعم المعنوي و السياسي و المادي
علي هذه الأسس يتحدد البيان كرسالة سياسية تمتلك رصيدها من المضامين، و كرسالة تاريخية باعتباره إحدي مصادر كتابة التاريخ الوطني، و كرسالة فنية تستلهم الموروث النضالي في الأغنية الوطنية المواكبة للمعركة الوطنية و المحفزة لها في آن
