Is There Any Democratic Sudan?
The Democratic Sudan has never existed despite a long period of independence! This page is mainly in Arabic, despite the English introduction. The Arabic section is just few steps away downstairs ;-)

There's nothing that we can call Democratic State of Sudan, as the real democracy has never been implemented despite a long period of independence from the British colonization.
Correct and real democracy has never been implemented because, the cliche of democracy the Sudan has through its political development, which has been inherited from Westminster's parliamentary system of government was implemented wrong.
It was implemented wrong because it lacked since the independence of Sudan from England the real constitution with its objective conditions, which include scientific mechanisms in place.
Religious Sectarian Parties Created Undemocratic Sudan!
The only thing that the religious sectarian leaders of the de facto political parties thought of at that time is to grow their parties to assume political power and get the wealth.
They never thought of how to rule outstretched wide land, such as Sudan with all of its wealthy heritage of different sets of national treasures composed of cultural ethnic arts and traditions.
The proof of this is that the war in South Sudan started in the context of the Independence. I consider it a forged independence for the sake of religious and sectarian leaders offered by Britain to them, to continue to be loyal to the British crown.
However, there is another interpretation to that.
This has caused severe political problems in Sudan during the leading periods of the Sudanese political parties and on, at the top of them are the Sudanese sectarian parties, which are religious parties by political definition.
There were not good meticulous political plans and flawless implementation to democracy, as it is supposed to be. The policies which have been practiced have always been constructing on how to get get more voters to assume political power.
Such non-democratic policies, which have been practiced by the leaders of religious and sectarian sects through three periods, which were almost three different decades have created a non-democratic country, which we can call by other political definitions: non-democratic state, or authoritarian state.
Now, after the severe political conditions in Sudan with the occupation of the Janjaweed to the state, from within what's called the sovereignty council, the Sudan is the most vulnerable state to spilt into pieces out the non-democratic states in the world.
The sovereignty council of the remnants of the terrorist regime of Omar al-Bashir is the de facto non-democratic government of Sudan now, which makes it one of the worst non-democratic governments in the world.
You can use the following terms to look after and know more about these political definitions: non-democratic policies - non-democratic governments - non-democratic countries - non-democratic states - undemocratic parties - authoritarian state.

Non-Democratic Sudan - السودان غير الديمقراطي

السودان الديمقراطي (democratic Sudan) لا وجود له على الرغم من فترة طويلة من الاستقلال! لا يوجد شيء يمكن أن نسميه دولة السودان الديمقراطية، لأن الديمقراطية الحقيقية لم تُنفّذ على الرغم من فترة طويلة من الاستقلال عن الاستعمار البريطاني.
لم يتم تطبيق الديمقراطية الصحيحة والحقيقية على الإطلاق، لأن كليشيهات الديمقراطية التي مرّ بها السودان من خلال تطوّره السياسي، والتي تمّت وراثتها من نظام وستمنستر السياسي (Westminster parliamentary system of government) تمّ تنفيذها بطريقة خطأ.
تمّ تنفيذها بطريقة خطأ لأنها كانت تفتقر إلى الدستور الحقيقي بمقوماته وشروطه الموضوعية، والتي تشمل الآليات العلمية القائمة علي إنجاز هكذا دستور بتلك المواصفات، وقد إفتقرت الي هذه الخصائص العلمية للدستور منذ استقلال السودان عن إنجلترا.
الشيء الوحيد الذي فكَّر فيه القادة المذهبيون للأحزاب السياسية الدينية / الطائفية الفعلية في ذلك الوقت هو تنمية أحزابهم لتولي السلطة السياسية والحصول على الثروة. لم يفكروا أبدًا في كيفية السيطرة على أراض واسعة ممتدّة، مثل السودان بكل تراثه الغني بمجموعة مختلفة من الثروات الوطنية المكوِّنة لهذا التراث الغني من فنون وتقاليد عرقية ثقافية.
والدليل على ذلك هو أن الحرب في جنوب السودان (South Sudan) بدأت في سياق الاستقلال. أنا أعتبر ذلك استقلالًا مزورًا من أجل الزعماء الدينيين والطائفيين الذين عرضته بريطانيا عليهم، ليظلوا موالين للتاج البريطاني، علي عادة القوي الإمبريالية علي صناعة النُخب التابعة لها، ولمضاهاة فرنسا التي خلقت نُخباً لها في غرب افريقيا. جيبوتي (Djibouti) ليست مهمة هنا لذكرها وذلك لصغرها وخلوها من النُخب التي في حجم نُخب غرب افريقيا، من أمثال سنغور.
وقد تسبب هذا في مشاكل سياسية حادة في السودان خلال الفترات القيادية للأحزاب السياسية السودانية (Sudanese political parties) وعلى رأسها الأحزاب الطائفية السودانية (Sudanese sectarian parties)، وهي أحزاب دينية بحكم التعريف السياسي.
لم تكن هناك خطط سياسية دقيقة جيدة وتنفيذ لا تشوبه شائبة للديمقراطية، كما هو مفترض. كانت السياسات التي تمّ ممارستها دائمًا تعتمد على كيفية الحصول على مزيد من الناخبين لتولي السلطة السياسية.
إن هذه السياسات غير الديمقراطية، التي مارسها قادة الأحزاب الدينية والطائفية خلال ثلاث فترات، والتي كانت تقريبًا ثلاثة عقود مختلفة، خلقت دولة غير ديمقراطية من السودان (Non-democratic Sudan) وغير مستقِرّة، يمكننا أن نسميها بتعريفات سياسية أخرى: دولة غير ديمقراطية، أو الدولة الاستبدادية.
الآن، بعد الظروف السياسية القاسية في السودان مع احتلال الجنجويد (Janjaweed) للدولة، من داخل ما يسمى مجلس السيادة، فإن السودان هو الدولة الأكثر عرضة للانقسام إلى أجزاء من بين الدول غير الديمقراطية في العالم.
إن مجلس سيادة فلول نظام عمر البشير (Omar al-Bashir) الإرهابي كصيغة حكم هو الآن حكومة غير ديمقراطية فعلية في السودان (Undemocratic Sudan)، مما يجعلها أي هذه الحكومة وهي فعلاً كذلك وليست ما يُسمي الحكومة الإنتقالية، واحدة من أسوأ الحكومات غير الديمقراطية في العالم.

Undemocratic Sudan - السودان غير الديمقراطي

ما اعتادوا فعله حتى انهيارهم الأخير في عام 1989 أصبح دافعًا لانقلاب قام به شخص المصالح في زواج المصلحة السياسية، الذي كان يقود الجبهة الإسلامية الوطنية - في ذلك الوقت، عندما نقل الضباط الموالين لحزب الإخوان المسلمين في الجيش للإطاحة بحكومة صهره الصادق المهدي.

هذا يعني أنه لا يوجد شيء كبير تمّ تحقيقه من خلال الثورة في السودان فلم تستجب القوي المتخلِّفة ببروفسيوراتها وعسكرييها وجنجوديهم لمطالب المتظاهرين السودانيين الأساسية للقضاء على بقايا النظام الإرهابي للإخوان المسلمين، الذين أسسوا الإرهاب الدولي، وملاحقتهم وحظرهم في أي شكل يكونون، وحظر الحزب الأساسي المؤتمر اللا وطني المُسمي المؤتمر الوطني (National Congress Party). وإستعادج المال المسروق من الخزانة الوطنية السودانية.
تتمتع ما تُسمي "قوة الحرية والتغيير" بآليات تمثيل قادة الطائفية المندمجة مع مجموعات سياسية جديدة، بما في ذلك بعض الجماعات العسكرية، وبعض الأحزاب السياسية السودانية (Sudanese political parties) التي بنيت على أساس بعض الأحزاب العربية، على الرغم من أن تلك الأحزاب العربية دمّرت بلدانها الأصلية.
