Many intellectuals think that the poetry music comes in use because many poems were often sung. That's not what's meant by the term poetry music, or the music of poetry. The poetry music originates from the music of words and the tone of words in the poetry line, which produce a variety of rhyme.

The rhyme is the echo in the poetry line. So, the poetry music is consistent with the flow of the words music and tone. This creates the rhythm of poetry. The rhythm of poetry is a distinct beat of the line.

That's why rhythm is associated with poetry. It is associated with music and dance, as well. I specify ballet in this regard.
