قصة البسبوسة والسمبوسة لها تفصيل مثيرة اذ ان البوسة في الاصل هي التي أدت الي التسميتين لنوعين من الطعام، الأول لذيذ وليس حلوا اذ انه مزود بالبهارات والثاني حلو ولذيذ للتحلية.
ما هو سبب تسمية البسبوسة والسمبوسة بهذين الإسمين؟
هذه هي القصة
يحكى أن رجلا دخل على امرأته المطبخ وعندما اقترب منها ليقبلها ابتعدت عنه وقالت إنها مشغولة بإعداد نوع جديد من الحلوى! فقال لها (بس بوسة) وقبلها. وعندما أكلوا هذه الحلوى آعجبتهم فقد كانت جدآ لذيذة 👍👍
وبعد شهر جاءهما ضيوف فقررا آن يصنعا نفس الحلوى للضيوف وعندما أكل منها ضيوفهم أعجبتهم بشدة، فسألوهما: ما اسم هذه الحلوة اللذيذة؟ آنصدموا من آلسؤآل واحتارا بماذا يجيبان وعندها تذكرا الموقف الجميل في المطبخ
فقآل: آلزوج بسبوسة وابتسمت زوجته وقالت نعم بسبوسة. وآشتهرت الحلوي بهذا الاسم وهذا سبب تسميتها (بسبوسة)
وبعد فترة من الزمن تشاجر الزوج مع زوجته... فذهبت للمطبخ لتأخذ المقلاة لتضربه بها ولكن فكرت بالإنتقام منه عن طريق الأكل وصنعت البسبوسة ولكن بدلا من أن تحشوها بالمكسرات والسكر وضعت بصلا وثوما وبقدونس ولحما وبهارات وخضروات وعملتها على شكل مثلثات كي تعرفها هي ولا تأكل منها، وقدمتها له مع شاي احمر واكلها واعجبته اكثر من البسبوسة. فقال لها انت بارعة في الطبخ ياحياتي، ماهذه الطبخة؟ ومن قهرها ردت عليه:- انها سم بوسة.
ومنذ ذلك الوقت أصبح اسمها سمبوسة.
