Are these theoretical sciences not considered cultures?

The answer to this question may seem difficult to you. That's because culture is a positive, progressive concept. That is, it is a means of progress and not a means of regression, or backwardness, and therefore it does not lead to mistakes, but to right, always. On this basis, politics that reflects scientific and cultural values is what we can describe as political culture.

As for those wrong, regressive, or backward political practices that usually produce social disasters, they are not political culture.

Since culture is always progressive, the political culture that is concerned with people’s affairs and their economic and social equality and in all vital fields is a political culture.

Therefore, the progressiveness that it reflects works to serve human beings as equal human beings. When human beings are regarded as equal assets of human development. power and wealth are distributed among them through a system of socialist justice, as an economic value.

With regard to the distribution of power, this means that the power in reality is the power of the masses, which means that the power belongs to the popular sectors that run the wheels of production and thus the development in the state, and it is not in the hands of the powers that use the labor sectors to build them wealth.
