Where is the tragedy? Alternatively, the question may be where is the tragicomedy in this situation in Sudan regarding the international political pressures against the Sudanese religious and military dictators?
Since the International Criminal Court (ICC) has failed to bring those indicted by crimes against humanity, in the political scene in Sudan, there is no excuse for such failure.
I could not see a reason to this failure in the Sudanese case after issuing the arrest warrants against Omar al Bashir and his junta men who engaged in Darfur since the international court succeeded in other cases.
How that arrest warrant strengthened the dictator is discussable. However, since the term of the procedure of arrest elapsed, as it seems, the international channels should act instead of issuing condemnation.
