HOA Political Scene Notes 12: For Whom the Bells Toll? Sign the Two Petitions at Twitter!
May 17, 2011

HOA Political Scene Notes 12!

What is on the HOA Political Scene Notes 12?

A call to sign two SMS petitions by re-tweeting them.

Here is a fast and new method to petition to force the dictatorial regime to step down and to send petitions just about anything fast. Please go to http://www.twitter.com/talkative and re-tweet the two petitions in Arabic and in English.

The petitions here work with only few words, just like telegrams. The Twitter platform depends on SMS like messages (i.e. very short to the point).

To do this, click on follow at the link above. If you do not have an account there, the system will prompt you to make one. If you did, go back to your e-mail to find the confirmation email and to click on the confirmation link.

After that, if you have not be taken to my account to follow, get to this message, click on the link above and follow me when you reach my account at Twitter. It is snap and fun too.

How do you sign the petition?

Just by re-tweeting it and telling your friends to re-tweet it. That is all it takes. It will then work alone and spread like fire.

I am also looking for the best petition service I could use with Twitter, so the combination works like a symphony to Mozart, or the best of Mikis Theodorakis music.

Recent updates:

For Whom the Bells Toll?

There is a new page about Agras Alhuriyah (Bells of Freedom), the Sudanese newspaper at the Arabic version of the HOA Political Scene Blog.

The dictatorial regime has harassed the journalists many times and now many of them are out of work and the main stream of the newspaper faces negative changes.

Readers and lovers of the newspaper are gathering to protect it and retain the freedom of speech to the press.

Kind regards.

Khalid Osman
