I apologize for being off for a long time and that was because I have been engaging in the last revolution, mobilizing it, arranging groups and connecting between them and writing and submitting many criminal memoranda to international human rights organizations and international powers.

If the removal happens, then all of the killers, including those in the sovereignty council will not go to trials in the international court of justice.

The elements of the international terrorism are still in power in what's called the sovereignty council. And even what they call the civil government has elements of terrorism in the new cabinet.

How to Understand What's Going on in Sudan?

What happens in Sudan right now proves that the agreement between the Sudanese Transitional Military Council (TMC) and the Power of Freedom and Change is a fraud. It was decided by two illegitimate parties to assume power only on the account of the revolution and its demands, which include not to share power with the remnant of the collapsed terrorist regime of Omar al-Bashir.

None of them has legitimation to arrange for a foot move for such agreement. The agreement is illegitimate because the Sudanese young who started the revolution and sacrificed by many martyrs have not voted for it. The agreement has not been presented to them to vote for it.

The Transitional Military Council (TMC) with the Janjaweed has arranged the agreement after many manoeuvring attempts to withdrawal from negotiations demanding to have more seats in the sovereignty council. It imposed its conditions on the Freedom and Change to accept them and so the council found the Freedom and Change ready to sell them the revolution in exchange of participation in power.

We said at that time there is no room for agreement with illegitimate TMC and the legitimacy is only in the revolution front and the revolution is the only power that has legitimacy. No one has said this before we mentioned it and we wrote and tweeted constantly about the issue to make room for great awareness.

The Freedom and Change has no rights to sign any agreement with the killers in the TMC and the Janjaweed banditry and we have already warned them about that. We advised them at that time not to sit around a negotiation table with killers to give them legitimacy. But, they did so.

To let you know about all of the issues and make sure of the conspiring agreement we published so many pages. We have been so busy, since the last time you received the newsletter, engaging in the revolution, mobilizing, writing international memoranda to the international human rights organizations and doing a massive work to setup the way-map of the revolution.

We advised many revolution groups not to move the streets first, because we know that moving the streets is so easy. But, what's difficult is to arrive at a conceptual grounds for the right revolution to take place. We declared that for the revolution to succeed it is best to have 3 mechanisms in place before moving the streets.

These three mechanisms are the constitution of the revolution, the government of the revolution and the tigers forces of the revolution.

كيف نفهم ما يحدث في السودان؟

إن ما يحدث في السودان الآن يثبت أن الاتفاق بين المجلس العسكري الانتقالي السوداني وقوي الحرية والتغيير هو احتيال. فقد قرر طرفان غير شرعيين تولي السلطة فقط علي حساب الإنتفاضة السودانية (Sudanese Intifada) ومطالبها، التي لا تشمل أي تقاسم للسلطة مع بقايا نظام عمر البشير (Omar al-Bashir) الإرهابي المنهار.

ولا يتمتع أي من هذين الطرفين بالشرعية للقيام بخطوة قدم للترتيب من أجل التوصل إلى اتفاق من هذا القبيل. وعلي الرغم من ذلك فقد رتّبوا الإتفاق قبيل وصول الملايين من الذين عصفوا بالشوارع في إحتجاجات سودانية (Sudanese Protests) رهيبة الي نصر حاسم، لفرملة الثورة. الاتفاق غير شرعي لأن الشباب السوداني الذي بدأ الثورة وضحى وقدّم العديد من الشهداء لم يصوتوا له. ولم يُعرض الاتفاق عليهم للتصويت لصالحه.

وقد رتب المجلس العسكري الانتقالي مع الجنجويد (Janjaweed) الاتفاق بعد العديد من محاولات المناورة للانسحاب من المفاوضات وحيث انه كان يطالب بالحصول على مزيد من المقاعد في مجلس السيادة. ولقد فرض شروطه على الحرية والتغيير فقبلتها، وهكذا وجد المجلس العسكري والجنجويد مجموعة الحرية والتغيير مجرد إرتزاقية على استعداد لتبيع الثورة السودانية (Sudanese Revolution) في مقابل المشاركة في السلطة.

لقد قلنا في ذلك الوقت وظللنا نردد إنه لا مجال للإتفاق مع مجموعة المجلس العسكري الانتقالي والجنجويد غير الشرعية، وان الشرعية ليست إلا في جبهة الثورة السودانية (Sudanese Revolution) وملايين الثائرين الذين ثاروا ضد هؤلاء القتلة الموجودين في المجلس العسكري، وان الثورة هي القوة الوحيدة التي تتمتع بالشرعية. لم يذكر أحد هذا قبل أن نذكر ذلك، وكتبنا وغردنا باستمرار حول هذه المسألة لإفساح المجال لوعي كبير.

ولا تملك مجموعة الحرية والتغيير أي حق في التوقيع على أي اتفاق مع القتلة في المجلس العسكري الانتقالي وعصابة الجنجويد (Janjaweed Banditry)، وقد حذرناهم بالفعل من ذلك. وقد نصحناهم في ذلك الوقت بعدم الجلوس حول طاولة المفاوضات مع القتلة لإعطائهم الشرعية. لكنهم فعلوا ذلك.

لمعرفة جميع القضايا والتأكد من اتفاق التآمر نشرنا الكثير من الصفحات. لقد كنا مشغولين جداً، منذ آخر مرة تلقيت فيها النشرة الإخبارية، بالانخراط في الثورة السودانية (Sudanese Rising)، وتعبئة وكتابة مذكرات دولية إلى المنظمات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، والقيام بعمل ضخم لوضع خريطة الطريق للثورة. ومع ذلك وحين اعلنوا المفاوضات مع القتلة رفضناها، وكتبنا العديد من المقالات الرافضة والكاشفة للمؤامرة الكاملة ضد الثورة السودانية القومية الشاملة.

وكنا قبلها قد نصحنا العديد من جماعات الثورة التي كنّا أعضاء بها بعدم تحريك الشارع أولاً، لأننا نعلم أن تحريك الشارع سهل جداً. ولكن ما هو صعب هو التوصل إلى أسس مفاهيمية وتكتيكية وإستراتيجية للثورة الصحيحة. لقد أعلنا أنه لكي تنجح الثورة السودانية (Sudanese Uprising) من الأفضل أن يكون لدينا 3 آليات قبل تحريك الشارع، ولقد شرحنا ذلك بالتفصيل، وهو ما ستجده في الصفحات المرفقة.

هذه الآليات الثلاث هي دستور الثورة، وحكومة الثورة وقوى نمور الثورة.
