في اطار سعيها الحثيث للملمة شعث السودان الجديد، بعد الوضع الدراماتيكي، الذي عاشه مشروع للحركة بهذا الاسم في غضون الفترة الحرجة الأخيرة في أعقاب انفصال الجنوب السوداني، أصدر الجناح الشمالي في الحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان عدّة اوراق عمل تتضمن الفلسفة والمنهج الجديد لمفهوم السودان الجديد في حدِّ ذاته كمرتكز سياسي وايدولوجي اساسي للحركة الشعبية الأم.

وجاءت الورقة الأولي بهذا العنوان اعلاه من أجل ابتعاث المشروع او كما قالت الحركة ميلاد ثان له لتجسير الماضي مع الحاضر، بهذه الهلامية المحضّة. ولا نريد ان ندخل كثيراً في تفاصيل هذا المشروع هنا، بل سنتيح له المجال الكامل ليعَبِّر عن نفسه، ومن ثم نتناوله بالتحليل والنقد، خاصة ونحن نملك رؤيتنا في ان المشروع اوصل السودان الي الانشقاق، وأودي بالجنوب الي الانفصال.

موقع مشهد القرن الافريقي يرحب بنقاشاتكم، فنحن بصراحة لا نترك أي أمر علي عواهنه، أو للصدف خاصة وقد ذقنا الأمرين، من تردي السياسة السودانية في مجملها منذ عام 1956م، مع كامل التقدير والاحترام للاصدقاء في الحركة وفي حركات المعارضة السودانية الأخري.
