Out of Point, Out of History!

You are absolutely out of any point. You don't even know your history. Through the Eritrean unity the EPLF has achieved the liberation and then the independence of Eritrea. Religion is free in Eritrea. There are churches and mosques and people are free to breech.

But, it is not OK when the church, or the mosque gets out of the main religious role to advocate using religion in politics, or to interfere in politics. Politics is not theirs. The state is a secular concept. Learn to get out of political illiteracy.

Eritrean Are Not United!

when I saw this page i feel guilty if i don't tell the fact.
we Eritreans have one great problem and this lead as to our current situation "we don't have unity" but we talk about it.
How one in the 21st century can help the Eritrean regime. I said a regime because is not qualified to be called a government because I never heard a government with out constitution.
people are not only denied of worship but of their being.
A true Eritrean will not denies this. pentecostal churches are closed believers are killed and arrested and others are exiled.

Why Eritreans Flee to Ethiopia?

Why Eritreans flee to Ethiopia? This question came to my mind while I was reading some pages on this website and made me feel somewhat angry.

I get suspicious every time I read about some Eritreans who fled Eritrea to Ethiopia. This is because I know the alarming situation between the two countries and the results of the Ethio-eritrean wars.

The war has bad results on the good brotherhood between the Eritrean and the Ethiopian people and the relation ties that followed the independence of Eritrea from Ethiopia after freeing Addis Ababa from the dictatorial military regime of Haile Mariam (Mengistu).

Any person with good Eritrean will and faith will never flee to Ethiopia. However, they can flee as used before to Sudan.

This brings my attention to look at the Eritrean groups in Ethiopia. I am certain to say the Eritrean opposition in Ethiopia will never succeed and will never get respect from the Eritrean people.

Those who think that they can defeat the Eritrean government from Ethiopia do not know politics.

They do not know most of all the Eritrean people.

Help Eritrean Refugees in Ethiopia!

Thanks Elizabeth. I published this entry too late, because I have not received a reply to an email I sent to him. I awaited you also to send me the story, so we could do something about it to help him.

As you see, I have not published his name or any other information that could identify him and deleted the photo and the email addresses you have submitted to keep him protected. I hope he will read this and get back to me soon to do something about it.
