The Arrest Warrant Has Opposite Results!

I think the international community knows by now everything about the steps the regime made to ensure that it came back and keep on in power.

As the leader of the regime said once, the arrest warrant has given him more exposure and more credibility.

This is the worse thing in the arrest warrant that the International Criminal Court has issued to strengthen such dictator.

I think some powers in the International community make mistakes through some decisions like this one, even without considering the future out comes of these decisions.
