from Deporting Innocent Sudanese!

The Sudanese Cultural Union of Abu DAMAC Calls on Human Rights Organizations to Put Pressure on Saudi Arabia to Halt the Deportation of Sudanese to the Terrorist Regime in Khartoum.

We, the Sudanese members of the Sudanese Cultural Union of Abu DAMAC, with its membership in Australia, Denmark, Egypt, Eritrea, New Zealand, Sudan and the United States, we call upon global and regional human rights organizations to intervene urgently to stop the Saudi authorities at their limit and not to allow them to deport Sudanese prisoners of conscience in their custody, without a crime committed by them.

For Saudi Arabia, the deportation comes only in order to satisfy the terrorist totalitarian regime in the Sudan, with which Saudi Arabia has security agreement and because it participates with her in Yemen, in the framework of its obligations under the security agreement concluded with the Saudi authorities.

The Saudi authorities have decided the illegal deportation with premeditation, although they know about the crimes of the dictatorial regime in the Sudan, and they know very well that by deporting the Sudanese prisoners of conscience, they would endanger their lives.

We want to bring your attention, especially to that the Saudi authorities know the bad humanitarian file of massacres and torture of Sudanese dissidents, and even non-opponents, and the terrorist crimes committed by the Sudanese terrorist regime against defenceless citizens, in many Sudanese areas. Despite that they don’t adhere by the decision of the ICC to submit the leader of such offensive dictatorial regime to the international justice. By doing so, Saudi Arabia doesn’t respect and even doesn’t care of the international criminal court.

In the light of this, we in the Sudanese Cultural Union of Abu DAMAC appeal to human rights organizations for urgent action to prevent the Saudi authorities from deporting the three Sudanese detainees in Saudi prisons, namely Alaa al-Din al-Difenah, Al-Qassem Mohammed Sayed Ahmed, Al Waleed al Imam Hassan Taha, and their families to the Sudan tomorrow or after Tuesday, or at least allow them to travel to any other country of their choice, especially since the Saudi authorities are in agreement with the terrorist regime in Sudan and they had completed the process of receiving the presioners’ passports from their sponsors, to supplement their deportation to the security authorities of the dictatorial regime in Sudan.

Towards combined international strong action to deal with Saudi Arabia, the Sudanese Cultural Union of Abu DAMAC calls upon the Sudanese political forces, all human rights organizations in the region and beyond, and civil society organizations and Sudanese communities abroad, to move effectively and urgently to stop the deportation of detainees and their families to the Sudan, because the human records of the regime in Sudan prevent any state in the world to hand over innocent people to such regime with a black and bloody records, documented for crimes and conspiracies, in addition to supporting and harbouring intercontinental extremists, all of which human rights organizations and bodies, and many human development organizations throughout the world, are aware of.

The handing over of these innocent detainees and their families to the Sudanese security apparatus is not only the throwing of prey against a bloodthirsty lions in the fascist power of the Sudan; it is also a flagrant violation of human rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a provocative expression that it does not respect human rights, nor the organizations working in human rights.

The Sudanese Cultural Union of Abu DAMAC appeals to all the honourable people, all those of good human conscience, to move swiftly and effectively at all levels to save the lives of innocent Sudanese citizens. They didn’t commit any crime that violates any internal Saudi safety measures. They have not violated Saudi Arabia's own laws, and all their crime is that they have peacefully opposed the power of the bloody totalitarian terrorist regime in Khartoum. That is not a crime in any international law, but only Saudis.
